It’s been a while since I shared a food- or drink-related post, so today I’m giving you a look at my daily eats and drinks.
Of course I don’t eat the same things every day, but this gives an idea of what I like to consume and in what order — juice and fruits in the morning, quick and easy-to-make salads or sandwiches for lunch time, and so on. Working from home allows me to spend more time prepping meals and I’m grateful for that. While I do not follow a specific diet plan, I lean toward low-carb, plant-based and paleo-friendly meals. Let’s say I’m health conscious. I do not obsess over having a perfect diet (what is that any way?) but am aware of what I put into my body. I also base my calorie intake on how active I intend to be during the day. Sad to say, but sometimes I spend the majority of my day sitting at my desk in front of a computer.
I hope you take some meal inspiration from this post. If you’d like to see more food and drink or “What I Ate Today” posts, let me know…
